Private Sessions

In the event that sessions need to be cancelled due to weather, this will be communicated 24 hours prior to the session start time. Cancelled sessions will be kept as a credit which can be used towards future training. If you need to cancel a session, 24 hours notice must be given. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full fee and cannot be used as credit.

Academy Program

Unless the facility is closed due to severe weather/other circumstance, sessions will go ahead as scheduled each week. In the event we do need to cancel, a make up date will be provided. If you cannot attend a session on a given week, refund/credit will not be provided.

 

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to pay the 30% deposit and the remaining balance on or before the specified date.  If you decide not to attend the program for any reason, you understand that the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

 

By booking you also grant permission for us to use images of the player in attendance, on our social media channels and website.
